Yeah. It's totally fucked up and I can't see anything but can hear the music. TV is on the right channel and the inputs are in the right spot.

yeah but who wants to ship out their ps3 and wait 3-4 weeks to get it back plus the fact that we get a taste of the most anticipated game next monday

| The beta wont be that big of a deal anyway ebbs its just one map. Just make sure you got it fixed for the real game.

| If you haven't done this already, if you still have the composite cables from your PS2, try those on your PS3 or vice versa and see if they work on your PS2 (it's the same for both systems), also check if there is any sort of corrosion or dirty contacts on the cable as well as the back of your PS3.

| just try it on a different tv if u haven't that will resolve to if its a problem with ur tv or ur ps3
then if its a problem with ur tv case closed
if its ur ps3, try different cables to see if its the cables, if that still doesn't work then do like audio said and clean up all the shit (compressed air works good) to make sure all contacts are good, pry even wiggle around the cables

| Well I figured the problem out...
My AV Multi Out is damaged. I plugged my ps3 into wools tv with his HDMI cable and it was just fine. I came home and bought new AV cables and plugged it in and I was having the same problem again. So by my supreme deductive skills I have determined that it must be the AV Mulit Out. Now does anyone know how I can go about getting a new one?

IDK rob wools. You shoulda switched yours when you were by his house. He wouldnt have known. Then when Wools wifey goes grocery shopping for wooley bear, she can run into Best Buy and get wooley a new one.

He said he was using Composite. That, S-video and Component all use the same AV out. HDMI is the only stand alone as far as the video and then there is optical for higher quality audio.
I wonder if you could swap hard drives out of you and Wool's PS3s since he uses HDMI instead of the other options, at least for a few weeks so you can play the beta for a little bit.
