| The ps3 loads but the screen comes up like the imput is screwed up. Wavy lines and in black and white with no clear picture. Need some help here guys, want to be able to play the beta next week with you all. Where do I send it to get fixed?

My TV does the same but its the TV not the PS3. Make sure its not your TV.
If its PS3 related Id say its the input cables. Try using different cables.
If not, IDK what to tell ya...

| No game in the system. As soon as I turn my ps3 on the whole screen is black and white and jumping all over the place with lines everywhere. The guys at game stop said they have no ide. I'm preety fucking pissed.

Did you or anyone use the system on another TV where the video settings on the XMB were changed but not changed back? i.e. using component cables where HD was set at 1080/720/480p etc. on one TV but but not returning to the original settings after connecting to your "regular" TV?

| I hadn't used my ps3 in a couple of months. My cousins were playing GTA on it. I went to turn in on last week at their house and this problem came up. I figured the cable went so when I hooked up my new cable today and the same thing happend I realized there was a problem.
The tv it was hooked up on was using regular composite cables just like I do. I can't change any settings on the ps3 because I can't see anything on the screen. I tried the hard reset and that did nothing. I'm lost.

| Yeah, my tv does the same thing sometimes, so i have to unplug the cable and plug it back in sometimes..
Does your tv have component or hdmi inputs? If so then you can get a cheap cable for only a few $$ from www.monoprice.com
If not then..
When did you buy it? Might still be under warranty..

| Is the picture scrambled or is it just black and white wavy lines? Another stupid question, is the TV on the right channel? I only ask because 90% of the time it is always the easiest thing that is wrong.
