Who does best electric razor Braun or Philips? I was thinking in getting the Philips Norelco 6940 Electric Razor because I heard it gives a very close shave and is less than $ 30. I was also thinking of getting the single Contour Braun, but is a bit more expensive. Which is better? No! My face! LOL!
