Can you fit a HID bulb in a factory of 2006 Lexus IS 250 socket halogen projector?
I have a 2006 Lexus IS 250 and would like to buy a Philips HID conversion kit. My current IS has the standard halogen headlights with projector lamps. Will these new HID bulbs fit into my current is "lamp headlights? I know that HID bulbs are larger than the halogens, so I'm a little skeptical. But then the SI is also available with HID headlamps and lamps are exactly the same.
When the Philips kit exhausted, you need HID H11 bulb size. It fits and properly illuminated. Be sure to disconnect the negative terminal on your first battery. Also, make sure you are connecting the connectors in the correct polarity.
