I've seen a lot of files and similar torrent that say "DivX" in the title. I just downloaded this file type and put it on a flash drive and plug the unit to the DVD player and follow the instructions suseeding? If not, I would know what requirements must be met b4 I play a video file on the DVP5990 …
DivX is a video codec video images that compresses to play on a standard DVD player. I checked the DVP5990 DVD player in the Internet and says he can play DivX encoded. So yes you can Save the movie file to a DVD or you can put on the card and plug in the DVD player, your choice.
