Surest way to turn off LCD monitors?
Does anyone believe that the surest way to turn off an LCD monitor is directly off the power supply main instead of pressing the button "power" in the first monitor, followed by turning off the main power supply? My one year old monitor Samsung 225BW LCD recently hum and buzz of noise problems. This problem was temporarily resolved when the button of "power" is pressed twice to him and outside it. This problem was solved permanently by Samsung as yet no guarantee. I figured that maybe the wear and tear that comes with the button Pressing the discount on the LCD monitor may have resulted in the hum hum.
No. I do not think that using the zoom button caused the problem. I have not had any problems with my LCD monitor and always / only use the power button. I would say turn off the power supply would become a pain in the ass, and could also make the computer too much trouble, if done at the wrong time. Our LCD is more than 1 year old and no buzzing and we have 5 years of age who liked to push the power button or any button for that matter. I think it probably was some kind of internal problem.
