Is there a way to allow optical and HDMI audio output simultaneously on PS3?
Our PS3 is connected to one of our Samsung HDMI DLP TV. My son uses the TV sound for games (do not want to bother with turning the receiver on every time you play). I have the optical output of the PS3 connected to my receiver/5.1 home theater surround to play BluRay discs and I would use this without having to switch between optical and HDMI in the menu on the PS3 audio setup. Any tricks am I missing?
