How can I fix Sony headphones silicon (product: MDR-EX71SLA)?
Specifically, the volume of these headsets has dropped significantly. It almost sounds like no sound comes out of one ear.
Not sure if the same product / product code, but I've had several of the lightweight headphones Sony resigned on me (specifically in one ear) – which are those in which he fit into your ear. . . no way to solve this problem, simply get a new pair. I would suggest buying a new partner (if you liked the headphones) and saving the UPC / bar code and receipt so that when it breaks the next pair (which I've had about 10 pairs, probably more), you can send in and Sony (hopefully) to return them. I really like the headphones, only annoying when they do not last more than a year.
